职位描述：
测试编程工程师Test & Programming engineer

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责
1、Independently complete the installation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting according to the technical manual根据技术手册的要求，独立完成安装，保养和常见故障排除的工作
2、Direct communication with customer for technical subjects, Clearly explain the service work and results to the customers, Conducting technical presentations to customers, Help the customer to set programing on site via the optical inspection Robot system TeachIn.
直接与客户沟通进行技术支持，向客户清楚地描述工作内容和结果，对客户进行技术讲解,帮助客户在现场利用机器人光学检测系统示教编程。
3、Summary problem statistics for analysis to determine trends of the future design, production, service, and maintenance processes, and recommends modifications to eliminate future problems汇总问题数据，用于分析和决定未来系统的设计，生产，维护，保养和改进以排除将来会出现的问题。
4、Clear up the technical requirements of customers; Provide a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer, handle customer’s complaint. 收集，整理客户的技术需求；作为公司和客户沟通的桥梁，确保为客户提供有效的服务，处理客户投诉
5、Support to run projects , Coordinate problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs. 支持项目运行，协同工程部，客户服务及其他人员解决问题，加快维修进度
6、Successfully improve the customers' satisfaction and royalty成功地不断提高责任客户满意度和忠诚度
7、Visit frequently customers适应经常出差


Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanism, automobile, automation, electrical, computer or relative fields.
本科或以上学历，机电、自动化控制及计算机相关专业。
2、Experiences in automation control or production support for 2+ years Knowledge and skills; Understand vehicle production process. KUKA and ABB Robot service experience is preferred. 具备至少2年的自动化控制或计算机编程的相关经验及技术背景;了解汽车生产及制造流程。有质量控制经验，有库卡和ABB机器人使用经验背景优先。
3、Good command of English in both spoken and written 
英语说写能力俱佳
4、Good command of MS office software application 
熟练应用微软办公软件
5、Good communication skills
良好的沟通技巧
6、Good problem-solving and analytical ability.
良好的解决问题和分析问题能力
