职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.    搭建呼叫中心客服平台和在线平台整合客服团队；
2.    负责策划、建立、完善呼叫中心实施方案，管理制度迭代和优化服务流程；
3.    分析汇总各项数据，针对不同的问题点给到业务部门支持和建议；
4.    带领团队完成电话邀约指标，并符合质量监控要求；
5.    根据任务指标合理分配数据，保证资源利用最大化；
6.    提高数据转化率，定期对老数据做再利用处理；
7.    现场指导团队工作，不断提升员工工作技巧与热情；
8.    负责在职员工的技能提升培训与市场销售等部门保持高效的协作状态。
【任职要求】
1.     不少于三年呼叫中心管理经验，有教育行业从业背景优先；
2.     大学以上学历，有基层工作经验优先；
3.     热情、诚恳、声音有感染力，能够承担压力，并主动寻求解决方案。
