岗位职责：

1．负责公司人事招聘工作，利用各种渠道达成公司的招聘任务；

    

2. 员工的入、转、调、、离职相关手续的办理；

    

3. 负责考勤统计汇总，上报员工考勤月报表，处理考勤异常情况；

    

4. 每月社保、公积金的办理；

    

5. 负责办公用品、员工节日礼品的统计、采买、发放；

    

6. 协助完成培训、团建活动的组织、实施；

    

7. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 熟悉人力资源、行政工作流程，熟悉人员招聘制度建设，能够有效地执行招聘计划；

    

2. 认真、细心，调理清晰，能够有效率的完成人力资源及行政事务性工作；

    

3. 能够熟练使用Word、 Excel、PowerPoint、Visio 等办公软件；

    

4. 人力资源、相关专业，本科及以上学历；

    

5. 耐心细致，有较强的责任心和良好的沟通协调能力；

    

6.  工作原则性强，具保密意识，善与人沟通；

    

7.  有较强的英语口语表达能力，互联网行业优先。
