岗位职责:
1、负责收集市场信息,制定渠道开发策略,推动渠道横向和纵向的拓展;
2、负责对整体渠道开拓计划和目标的制定、分解、部署及监督实施并对本部门的任务负责;
3、拓展销售渠道资源,与合作渠道签订合作协议;
4、开拓、沟通和管理重要客户,并负责协调维护公司重要客户及对外公共(渠道、大客户)关系;
5、及时了解合作伙伴需求、快速解决,提升合作伙伴销售能力;制定公司海外青少年游学业务的整体发展策略及推进计划,有效完成公司业绩指标;
6、进行游学市场的调查和分析,协助其它部门设计和制定具体游学项目和线路 ;
7、制定相应的营销计划及项目的推广管理;
8、明确团队工作职责并迅速搭建起一致高效运作的队伍;
9、负责项目执行,同时制定培训计划,进行行前培训并对项目工作人员进行相关工作培训;
10、负责游学业务的宣讲工作;
任职要求:
1、本科,2年以上相关工作经验;
2、具有较强的沟通能力及销售意识,熟练的英语应用能力;
3、有责任感,耐心细致,学习能力强,能词掌握与公司业务相关的各种知识;
4、具有优秀的职业素养和服务意识,具有高度的工作热情,能承受一定的工作压力;
5、有教育工作背景或海外学习工作经验者优先;有留学行业工作背景优先;
薪酬福利待遇:
1.完善的职前及在职培训,试用期三个月薪资6000元人民币,一经录用即签订正式劳动合同工资待遇6,000-10,000业绩提成+年底分红。

Study Tour Project Manager/Sales Channel Manager -Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for collecting market information, developing channel development strategies and promoting horizontal and vertical expansion of channels;
2. Responsible for the development, decomposition, deployment and supervision of the overall channel development plan and objectives and responsible for the tasks of the department;
3. Expand sales channel resources and sign cooperation agreements with cooperation channels;
4. Develop, communicate and manage key customers, and coordinate and maintain important customer and external public (channel, big customer) relationship;
5. Timely understand the needs of partners solve quickly and improve the sales ability of partners; To formulate the overall development strategy and promotion plan of the overseas youth study business of the company, and effectively complete the company's performance indicators;
6. Conduct research and analysis of study Tours, assist other departments to design and formulate specific study Tours and routes;
7. Formulate corresponding marketing plans and promotion and management of projects;
8. Define team responsibilities and quickly build a consistent and efficient team;
9. Responsible for the implementation of the project, as well as the development of training plans, training and related work training for the project staff;
10. Responsible for the publicity work of the tour business;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, more than 2 years of consulting or sales experience;
2. Strong communication skills and sales awareness, proficient in English and Chinese;
3. Have a sense of responsibility, be patient and meticulous, have strong learning ability, and can grasp all kinds of knowledge related to the company's business;
4. Have excellent professional quality and service awareness, have a high degree of work enthusiasm, can bear certain work pressure;
5. Education working background or overseas learning experience is preferred; working background of studying abroad is preferred;
