1.接听咨询电话，接待来访家长，给家长和学生提供咨询及测评；
2.为学生制定个性化辅导方案，引导家长签约；
3.作好数据统计分析，协助学习管理师及学科教师做好学生学习管理工作；
4.按校区制定的招生目标，完成业绩目标；
任职条件
1.有销售或客户服务经验者优先；
2.对教育行业有一定的了解,有良好的客户服务意识和学习能力；
3.形象气质佳，自信大方，有较好的亲和力，应变能力好、抗压能力强；
4.具备团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳，内驱力强；
5.英文口语良好，可与外教进行日常对话，英语六级或专四。
