职位描述：
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1、Work with the Education & Programming team to develop and drive the execution of active lifestyle/yoga events (workshops, immersions, teacher trainings).
2、Collect and coordinate related portfolios, program write-ups (Chinese and English) and related promotional materials.
3、Facilitate the roll-out of programs and post-program follow-up, ensuring brand standards at all events.
4、Create and oversee detailed programs, work plans, timelines, and budgets.
5、Coordinate with the Education and Programming department to organize internal trainings as determined necessary.
6、Oversee preparation work for all related programs, including attendance forms, props, handouts, certificates etc.
7、Work collaboratively with studio management team on event execution and staff presence at events.
8、Ensure current and upcoming events are publicized and executed in a professional and timely manner.
9、Coordinate with and support the Marketing Department to carry out related publicity campaigns, media interviews, etc.
10、Coordinate with the Sales and Service departments to ensure a smooth application process.

1、在教学部工作，发展和推动执行积极生活方式／瑜伽活动（沉浸于研修会、教练培训。
2、收集协调相关文件、制作项目报告（中文及英文）以及相关宣传材料。
3、促进项目推出，跟踪项目，确保所有事项符合品牌标准。
4、创造和监督项目细节，制作工作计划，时间结点和预算。
5、协调教学部工作，根据需要组织内部培训。
6、负责所有相关项目的准备工作，包括考勤表、道具、宣传册、证书等。
7、在活动执行和员工出席活动方面，与门店管理团队进行协作。
8、确保当前和即将开展活动的宣传和执行是专业和及时的。
9、协调和支持市场部执行相关宣传活动，媒体采访等。
10、协调与销售及服务部门间工作，确保流程顺利。

Job Skills & Requirements:
1、Must have a degree from an accredited 4 year college or university; at least 2-3 years of previous work experience is preferred.
2、Passionate about living an active lifestyle/yoga and the SpaceCycle brand.
3、Must be extremely detail oriented, efficient, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4、Must have a positive attitude, and a willingness to cooperate with others .
5、Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6、Fluency in English and native Mandarin language skills are required for this role.

3、非常注重细节，工作高效，具有可以在快节奏工作环境中工作的能力。

5、具有优秀的书面写作能力，具有良好的口头沟通能力。
6、英文流利（写作及口语）普通话标准。
