Job description:
1. Negotiation between clients and landlords for highest accomplishment.
2. Showing apartments to client s and leading signing contracts;
3. Deeply understanding clients’ requirements and message interchange between clients and landlords.
4. Requirements survey from clients;
5. Reviewing contracts, commission letters and related terms;
6. Periodically performing returning visits for clients;
职位描述: 1.负责客户与业主之间的谈判;
2.陪同客户察看楼房;
3.深入了解客户要求, 向客户与业主之间传递准确信息;
4.负责租赁协议、委托书等文件的准备和签署工作;
Qualification:
1. Proficiency in both oral and written English;
2. Willing to challenge yourself and being a quick learner;
3. Associate ( Junior college ) diploma or related;
4. With strong accountability, staidness and hard-working attitude;
5. Familiar with Beijing real estate market;
6. Capable to work with people of different culture and to handle multiple tasks under big pressure;
职位要求:1.良好的英语口语和书面表达能力 ;
2.敢于自我挑战, 良好的自学能力;
3.工作积极认真;
4.能承受高负荷的工作压力;
5.有相关工作经验优先, 优秀应届毕业生也可以考虑.
