职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、维系现有汽车线束厂、主机厂客户业务；
2、处理客户询价，开发汽车合资品牌客户业务；
3、识别分析客户需求，并向管理层汇报客户需求的技术和商务趋势；
4、识别业务中的风险并制定解决方案；
5、客户关系管理，通过协调维护公司和客户利益；
6、参与项目管理。

Job Description:
1. Maintain current Wire harness \ OEM customer business ;
2. Process customer inquiry and develop joint venture brand business ;
3. Identify and analyze customer’s requirement and report to management about the trend both commercial and technical wise ;
4. Identify potential risks in daily operation and work out solutions ;
5. Customer relationship management, coordinate and guarantee company/customer interests ;
6. Participate in project management .

任职要求：
1、本科以上学位，理工科背景优先；
2、至少3年汽车零部件行业销售经验，有汽车线束相关背景的人员优先考虑；
3、有奔驰、宝马、福特、通用等主机厂的销售经验的人员优先考虑；
4、自我激励和独立的工作态度；
5、良好的人际沟通技巧；
6、良好的沟通和表达能力
7、高度的责任感；
8、较强问题解决能力；
9、愿意经常出差；
10、能够处理模糊和在压力下工作；
11、流利的英语口语和书面。

Candidate requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics o MBA is preferred;
2. At least 3 years sales experience in auto parts industry，wiring harness background is preferred；
3. Sales experience in OEM, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Ford, GM is preferred;
4. Self motivating and independent working attitude;
5. Good interpersonal skill;
6. Good communication and presentation skill;
7. High sense of responsibility;
8. Strong problem-solving skill.
9. Willing to travel frequently;
10.Able to manage ambiguity and work under pressure;
11.Fluent in English, both oral and written.
