职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ Summary and prepare booking vouchers before booking ( Journal Entry)
？ Responsible for finish all booking vouchers for Journal entry and match to account
？ Implement journey entry AP/AR/CE/GL/FA
？ Implement invoices with tax authority onsite and in system
？ Support to Cost accountant on cost conversion process in company system and help ensure costing process
？ Support to Invoicing and AR process to logistic and Unit Price checking with Sales
？ Support to AR/AP and Bank reconciliation
？ Support to Tax report onsite and in system of state Tax authority
？ Support to all abroad intercompany process with Germany and Mexico
？ Support to Expense reimbursement process inside company
？ Other tasks assigned by finance manager
？ Taxes and Legal : To company with federal, state ,and local financial requirements by enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions

Technical Skills
？ Full knowledge of accounting
？ Full knowledge of AP process
？ Knowledge to reconcile accounts
？ Internal Control
？ Basic tax knowledge
？ Experience in GL Reconciliation accounting (at least 1 years)
？ Ability for team work
？ Experience in the any kind of financial system
