岗位职责：
1、办理现金收付和银行结算业务
2、管理公司单据、会计凭证归档
3、办公设施管理维护工作，办公用品的采购等
4、联系税务和银行，统计局申报工作
5、寄送样品，收发快递件
6、公司证书、备案表、税控软件的更新、延期，对外相关部门协调，相关文件处理
7、验发票，协助会计做账归帐

任职要求：
1、熟悉基本办公室软件的使用
2、诚实、工作认真细致，善于沟通，富有责任心
3、敬业精神和团队合作能力，具有良好的职业道德
