Resume needs to be written in both English and Chinese languages
Position Description

A successful candidate will assist project manager to look for potential suppliers information based on our client's technical inquiry, assist in communication between suppliers and clients during project negotiation, and assist manager to coordinate multiple projects of various sizes through the entire project life cycle.

Responsibility
Get familiarized with all related matters of project management and acquire knowledge on suppliers,company information, project information, and characteristics
Assist project manager with communication between vendors, partners and clients
Assist project manager with preparation for various technical and commercial meetings
Assist in preparing the project schedule and all required project planning documents,including the Funding Request and risk analysis and other documentation
Assist in drafting/modifying technical offer and commercial offer with supplier for project bidding
Assist to prepare different project bidding documents
Assist project manager in coordinating related project personnel during project life cycle
Basic Requirement
Undergraduate degree (engineering degree related to petroleum and chemical industry or business degree in international trade is would be an asset)
Proficient in English (written and spoken). ENGLISH LEVEL 6 is prefered.
Good problem solving skills and logical thinking ability
Knowledge or working experience in international trading would be an asset
Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
Excellent work ethic, team player, fast-learner and fast-adapter
Good communication skills
Technical Requirement
Familiar with Microsoft Windows operating system (knowledge of Mac OS X operating system would be an asset)
Proficient in Microsoft Office in both English and Chinese Versions

（10）、泵类：气动式双隔膜泵，高压旋转叶片泵，磁力泵，柱赛式计量泵，电动气动罐用泵，单螺杆泵，深井螺杆抽油泵，往复式计量泵等。
（11）、设备装卸：液压起重机，标准起重机，双桥式防爆型起重机等。
