HR Parts:
1.Draft, edit, and improve management policies and work processes
起草、修改和完善公司各项管理制度和工作流程
2.Organize and implement human resources development plan as well as HR strategy setting; keep human resources pool in a smooth work; need good understanding of different recruitment channels.
组织编制并落实人力资源发展规划，完成人力资源的挖掘、储备工作; 掌握多种招聘渠道.
3.According to the Co-op program requirements and JD, make recruitment plans, as well as processing interview and ensuring staffing on-board.
依据公司各部门的项目需求和岗位任职条件，制定招聘计划，组织面试, 完成人员配备。
4.According to business development requirements, design and implement training programs
for employees based on staff performance result and actual work needs.
根据业务发展要求，契合员工实际工作/绩效考核设计培训方案并具体实施.
5.Responsible for set employee remuneration strategy plan and staff C&B management.
负责组织完成员工的薪酬及保险福利等管理。
6. Lead of the staff relationship management; well knowing and good communicate with staff, provide professional HR consulting.
负责员工劳动关系的管理; 与员工沟通、了解思想动态，为员工提供职业规划的专业咨询。
7.Monitor each department’s review process and improve incentives system; implement and lead for the full circle of HR work, such as staff on-boarding, promotion, redundancy, etc. 监督控制各部门绩效评价过程并不断完善绩效管理体系; 组织实施对员工的入职、晋升、调职、奖惩、辞退等全方位管理。
Admin Parts:
1. Coordinated with CEO to keep good PR with government, as well as dealing with Ad-hocs;
协助公司领导处理政府、行业、涉外事务的公共关系及紧急事务；
2.Budgeting Management with Finance Dept. and CEO；
协助CEO及财务部门做好办公室预算管理；
3.Responsible for spreading corporate culture and core values
负责公司企业文化的建设
4.Responsible for business documents and license management
负责公司证照管理
5. Help to maintain a comfortable and clean work environment
负责营造一个整洁舒适的办公环境，保持办公区域干净整洁
职位要求
本科以上学历，有海外人力资源学历者优先，5年以上相关工作经验，
Bachelor degree required, overseas HR degree preferred, more than 5 year of HR related experience
对人力资源管理模式有系统的认识，能够结合公司的实际情况进行战略调整
Have a good understanding of different HR models and can modify based on company’s needs
