Job Responsibilities:
岗位职责：

1. Find suitable store locations according to requirements of business, company and franchisee, understand needs and requirement of each, minimum of the below:
? 20 locations per month
? 10 locations that are approved by property developer
? 3 signed locations per month
      根据公司业务发展、加盟商的需要，完成团队店铺开发指标，选择合
      适门店地址
? 每月寻找20个门店地址
? 10个门店地址通过店面开发的审批
? 每月签订3个门店地址
2. Analyze the regional market situation, and make the network development plan
分析区域市场情况，并制定网点拓展计划
3. Regular reporting to the superior new store planning, to ensure the development of local new stores and regular review
定期向上级汇报沟通新店计划，确保地区新店的开发进度及定期回顾
4. With the landlord and the company legal confirmation of leasing contracts and other processes and the implementation of contract signing
与业主及公司法务确认租赁合同等流程并执行合同签约
5. Finish the temporary work arranged by the superior leader.
完成上级领导安排的临时工作
6. If the company's future development needs, can travel.
如果公司今后发展需要，可以出差。
7. And any other tasks assigned by management
公司领导安排的其他工作


Requiements：
任职要求：
1. College education, more than 2 years experience in retail industry extension shop
大专以上学历，2年以上零售行业拓店经验
2. Hard-working, good at learning, a sense of responsibility, team work spirit
吃苦耐劳，善于学习，有责任心，有团队合作精神
3. Cheerful personality, good at communication, with strong organization, coordination, communication skills and analysis of problems, problem-solving skills
性格开朗，善于沟通，具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及分析问题、解决问题的能力
4. Skilled use of Office software PPT, Word, Excel
熟练使用办公软件ppt、word、excel
