职位描述：
This position will provide the vision for Operations in China and drive focus on customer service excellence. This role is also responsible for the quality and profitability of Business Travel Service Delivery in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organizational development of the Business Travel Service Delivery Network and will be fully accountable for customer satisfaction and account retention. The incumbent will drive best-in-class employee satisfaction results amongst Operations team members.

Principle Accountabilities

Drive a culture of world-class customer satisfaction with the Service Delivery organization& Service Delivery Network to ensure world-class customer retention.

Develop and maintain an effective Service Delivery organization& Service Delivery Network to ensure high customer satisfaction is maximized while operating expense is minimized with minimal variance in levels between and within locations.
促进并维护有效的服务组织和服务网络以保证最高水平的客户满意度，同时将运营成本降到最低并尽量减少各地的差异。

Manage and drive ongoing improvement in cost per transaction (CPT) and increase focus on streamlining processes to reduce costs
管理和促进CPT，加大对成本控制流程的关注度。

Interface directly with corporate customer travel managers to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivery standards are maintained at or above customer expectation levels.

Drive employee value survey results to points-of-arrival on all major dimensions ensuring satisfied employees lead to satisfied customers.

Develop and implement a Corporate Customer “Health Check” to ensure client dissatisfaction symptoms are diagnosed early and root causes are treated effectively and expeditiously.

Work closely with Finance, and the appropriate Corporate Travel support functions to ensure proper financial processes and controls are in place minimizing write-offs at all Service Delivery locations.

任职资格:
University Degree or above
大学本科及以上学历。

Have more than 8 years’ working experience in business travel industry
8年以上商务旅行行业工作经验。

Have rich Knowledge of corporate travel economics
熟悉商务旅行行业的经济环境。

Excellent English communication skill including oral&wriiten.
良好的英文口头及书面沟通能力。

Have experience of developing and leading large teams
具备领导大型团队的经验。

Have experience of managing call centres
具备管理呼叫中心的经验。

Experience working with quality processes and measures
具备质量控制流程和措施方面的相关经验。

Experience in developing and implementing incentive compensation programs
有设计和执行激励机制的经验。

Proven ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels, as well as senior external customers
具备与团队内和外部客户各个层级有效沟通的能力。

Experience driving cultural change
能够促进文化的变化。

Have strong ability of problem solving and decision making
有良好问题解决和决策能力。
