Responsibility
As Reliability and Robustness Engineer, you’ll be take overall responsibility for R&R management for the whole lifecycle of RBS products
?Define reliability & robustness process and requirement across the organization
?Work closely with design team, define and track R&R working activities in project
?Product and sub level R&R test definition and review, result evaluation
?Component level R&R and supplier quality requirement definition
?Drive R&R related fault analysis and continuous improvement through whole lifecycle


Qualification
?Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology or equivalent
?A minimum of 3 years’ working experience on R&R in telecommunication area
?Have deep understanding of R&R theory, methodology, tools
?Good knowledge on HW design
?Fluent in English speaking and writing
