职位描述：
- Ensure high quality product reach the customers by establishing and embedding a "zero defect" attitude and culture with support from the top management.
- Be a change agent in implementing the e-PACT strategy (manage by Example; Prevention; Audit; Continuous improvement; Training).
- Ensure appropriate actions are taken in the field of quality for a sound co-operation between the plant and its customers (specifications, general information, complaints management). Make sure specifications are met
- Ensure the Q&FS policy, programs and regulations are met, including the ones defined at Group level.
- Responsible for releasing/blocking materials and goods.

Key Accountability:
-Assure that processes necessary for quality management system are established, implemented and maintained, including all relevant procedures and work instructions.
- Submit to the top management reports related to quality management system and all needs necessary for improvement.
-Is the Quality & Food Safety interface with customers, directly or via regional or group representatives?
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, relevant Best Manufacturing Practices & Regulatory standards (ISO 9001 and FS22000 certifications + others whenever applicable)
- Organized ad-hoc Quality Controls
-Maintain and monitor Quality Objectives, KPIs and Reporting.
-Drive and moderate Continuous Improvement via systems, investments, process control tools and timely corrective actions, measured by improving Quality KPIs
- Continuous improve all the key quality indicators eg. Customer claims, non-conformances during the audit and quality problems of product
- Ensure internal audits are performed on Quality system, hygiene & Food Safety.
- Ensure relevant external audits are performed with suppliers or contractors.
- Train any relevant personal to the needed Quality & Food Safety tools and techniques.
- Manage the Dachang Quality Team within the budget frame-ensure a permanent skills strengthening.
- Define and set up proper corrective and preventative actions
-Ensure interface with Production, R&D/NPD, Sales, Procurement, Group Quality
-Keep the Quality level high by permanently challenging the status quo and proposing new initiatives
-Apply benchmarking both with other affiliates and externally, searching for related industries
-Ensure compliance with all internal, customer-specific and legal guidelines for the production of fruit preparation for the production site
-Make decisions about potential concessions on raw materials, processes or finished products. Depending on possible impact, escalate to direct and functional reporting.
-Participated to the design of site strategy, budget, investment and Capex.
-Share information on learnings and best practices with other members of the quality community, locally, regionally and particularly in Europe
-Assess change management on Q & FS system
- Assurance that awareness of customers’ expectations is spread within the whole organization.
- Analyze the risks of new projects & processes. Validate new processes and qualify new equipment
-Make sure all the product category are fully met the production license scope and update on time base on NPD plan
-Ensure the local organization is set up to keep up-to date with all relevant regulations and monitor impact of changes
-Ensure to have the proper Quality testing equipment in the QC lab and in production (for on-the-job testing). Plan and control a calibration and testing management about all those testing devices.

Education/Know-how/Professional Experience:

University education and minimum 5 years’ experience of quality/ operational/ technical experience in Food Technology, Biology, Agriculture, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or similar.
Strength in microbiology and hygiene
Knowledge in Food law and HACCP
Strong background in continuous improvement & Process control
Auditor Qualification
Knowledge in risk assessment and crisis management
Knowledge and practice of standard & problem solving tools
Ability to manage a team and make decisions.
Good interpersonal communication (customers, internal)
Strong leadership skills and achievement orientation, ability to influence leaders & peers (change agent)
Ability to understand market and meet the needs of external and internal customers.
