职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、熟悉项目招投标工作内容，提供项目投标成本，配合团队完成招投标事宜

2、编制建筑装饰工程预算，确定工程报价，根据项目定位负责拟定本专业成本估算指标；

3、协助采购部，核定各分包提供的价格；

4、协助项目经理：

工期初：制定开工计划成本

施工中：完成追加或变更变价

竣工后：审核分包结算

5、协助设计部，参加图纸会审并依据会审内容进行估价调整；

5、完善成本定额和其他报价的基础资料；

6、接受并完成紧急派发的报价工作；

任职资格：

1、专科以上学历，装修工程造价、建筑工程等相关专业，3年以上相关工作经 验，有室内工装经验优先；

2、了解上海市定额，精通港式报价惯例及装饰工程的工艺流程和相关材料并能编制装饰工程预决算；

3、具有较强的组织、协调、抗压及沟通能力，负责本专业工程的造价控制；

4、有造价（员）师证；

5、有英语听说读写能力。

我们提供

1、工作时间：周一至周五（9：:00-12:00，13:00-18:00），其他节假日按照国家法规执行。
