？ Responsibilities / 工作职责:
？ 负责对进货的原辅材料按规定规范实施检验，并出具检测报告
In charge of inspecting all the raw material according to the specification, and offer the inspect report.
？ 负责对原材料的使用质量进行统计分析
In charge of Stat and analyse the quality when the material be used.
？ 负责对原材料使用中产生的质量问题给予反馈
In charge of feedback the quality problem when the material be used.
？ 负责制作原材料的缺陷比对样件
In charge of making the failure sample part of material.
？ 负责原材料的送样、首批产品的检验，并出具检测报告
In charge of inspecting of the ISIR parts, and offer the inspection report.
？ 负责原材料的状态标识
identify the status of the raw material.
？ 负责原材料检验作业指导书的制定及修改工作
Establish and amend the working instruction of inspecting the raw material
？ 负责对库存超期的材料进行复查
Countercheck the overdue material which keep in warehouse.
？ 负责组织最终产品的审核并出具报告
Organize the audit of the final product and offer report.
？ 了解原材料品种，收集有关信息，对现有的和可能的原材料进行质量成本分析和比较，对成本可替代型材料和性能改进型材料的引进提出大胆的设想和建议.
Realize the material types,collect the relevant information,compare the quality costs of existing
material with possible material; such as the replaceable material, and the material of performance can be improved.she can advance imagination and advice with fearless

Establish the inspecion report according to the customers’ requirement

知识技能/KSA
？ 熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识
Solid knowledge of products as well as production process and application technology
