Essential Requirements:
- Technical or Engineering Master degree/diploma
- 5+ year engineering, application or project management experience？
- Experience in RF components and in these products applications on communication equipment
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong follow through capability
- Proficient English language capability

Main Tasks:
- Handle technical questions and feedback towards the customers on any local or global inquiries
- Coordinate technical resources to bring efficient support on any technical / QA issue (local & global ones if needed)
- Clear project / activity tracking regarding customers
- Highly integrated and coworking with the Communication Team in AG;
- Direct relationship and coworking with the different functions (PM, R&D, Operation and Quality teams) in AG
- Provide internal & external technical support & expertise (product, application, technology, trainings)
- Assist Account Managers and sales engineers to identify business opportunities 举报 分享
