职位描述：
主要职责：

1 全面负责生产部的管理工作；负责各类管理制度、作业指导书、安全操作规程等管理文件的制订、实施与执行；
2 负责生产部全体人员的日常管理；
3 参与生产计划的制订，全面组织生产确保生产任务的完成；
4 不断优化生产工艺流程，降低成本，提高生产效率；
5 认真贯彻公司质量管理规定，并严格依据公司质量标准实施生产；
6 对生产过程中出现的异常情况做出反应，发现问题及时追踪并不断提出改进方案；
7 协助研发部进行新产品的试车；
8.配合质量部、研发部、设备部对产品质量、产量、产能方面提出改进方案并监督实施；
9.完成上级安排的其他工作。





任职资格：



本科及以上学历

10年以上生产制造企业经验，8年以上管理岗位经验

具有优秀的团队合作与跨部门沟通能力

熟悉生产流程管理，熟悉WCM体系

具备良好的中英文读写能力
