Are you able to estimate the market potential for BoConcept in China?
In our core growth markets starting with China we are looking for passionate candidates for the Commercial Marketing Advisor/Manager role.
The role of Commercial Marketing Advisor/Manager is new within BoConcept but a very important role in supporting an ambitious growth plan for 2021.
The Role and General Scope
The Commercial Marketing Advisor/Manager is an operational role and works in close alignment with the Head of Country. They set the national objectives and the Commercial Marketing Advisor/Manager is then responsible for the commercial part of the country marketing plan, and work together with Marketing & Concept in Denmark creating the marketing plan.
The primary focus of the role is related to drive commercial objectives for the country and drive marketing activities that are developed in close co-operation with HQ marketing and the Commercial Marketing Advisor/Managers
from the other growth markets.
The Commercial Marketing Advisor/Manager role requires capability to run digital executions and execute direct to commercial objectives in close alignment with the Head of Country.
Key responsibilities with reference to the above will include:
-Execute on the yearly/quarterly commercial marketing plan for the country in close alignment with the Head of Country
-Driving marketing campaigns as an integrated part of the business plan, delivering on the key priorities and objectives in close alignment with Head of Country
-Ability to drive digital execution in cooperation with HQ Marketing and media agency to drive marketing with commercial focus
Revenue marketing – Strive to deliver ROI on activities according to agreed targets in relation to set objectives. Track and measure performance.
-Trusted Commercial Marketing Advisor/Manager and an integrated part of Brand & Concept in Herning
-Track competitors’ activities
-Provide ideas to organize effective marketing events
Skills Required/desired
-Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, MSc(Econ.) and experience with consumer lifestyle brand is a must in the role.
-Ability to think strategically and analytically
-Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and verbal communication).
-The ability to collaborate, contribute and project manage in a cross-functional team environment with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, building a strong relationship with Brand & Concept in Herning.
-Knowledge of the marketing mix, media landscape and therefore ability to consult on marketing strategy and execution approach in China
-Proven strong commercial, digital and social marketing skills.
-Understanding of the importance in tracking Marketing Return on Investment to drive business result
-Self-learner with pro-active can-do attitude, problem solving skills and attitude
-Min. Requires BSc degree in Marketing and commercial 3+ years related experience
