职位描述：
Main tasks & activities/主要工作内容:

1. 负责公司费用及员工费用的审核及及时入账，确保费用的合规，合理及合法性；
Checking and verifying staff expense claims according to the Company Policy in detail
2. 负责系统收入过账及外管局收入申报，应收账龄分析及关联方对账；
Perform revenue invoicing & billing, SAFE declaration for export sales; AR aging analysis and Inter-co sales reconciliation
3. 认证增值税进项税发票并熟悉相关税务规定;
Handle VAT-input verification and PRC tax knowledge;
4. 负责月度及年度及时结账;
Entry booking and completion of monthly closing
5. 会计凭证的归档和管理;
Accounting voucher's filing and management
6. 参与年度审计，并负责汇算清缴及工商及外汇年检;
Participant in Annual auditing and annual compliance;
7. 提供外部审计与上交政府报告;
Provide support in external auditor and government report
8. 上级分配的其他工作任务;
Other Task assigned by Superior

 Personal Requirements个人要求:
- College degree or above in accounting, finance or a related field.
大专或以上学历，会计、财务或相关专业
- 2 years or above working experience in VAT invoice, experience in Manufacturing company is preferred
具备两年或以上工作经验，具备制造公司工作经验者优先
- Well understands Chinese Accounting Standards and the Chinese Taxation system
了解中国会计准则和中国税务系统
- Good communication (written and oral) skills in both English and Mandarin
良好的沟通（书面和口头）技能，包括英语和普通话
- Proficient in UFIDA system MS Office
精通ERP系统和微软Office软件
- Spirit of team working
