岗位职责：
1.完成室内空间（包括会所、别墅、办公楼、酒店、样板间等）的软装配饰方案。
2.做好软装项目采购配合和摆场工作，确保设计项目按时、按质、按量完成。
3.协助部门组织制作、收集、整理所需设计资料、建立并完善设计素材库及供应商。
4.熟悉室内设计软装配饰流程，对家具、灯具、窗帘布艺、绿化、工艺品、画及各种图案有着独特的见解和较强的视觉搭配能力，对奢侈品家居有一定了解者优先。
5.有良好的设计理念和较强的设计理解能力，能熟悉区别各种设计格调准确把握设计格调开展陈设挑选产品。
6.能很好的与客户或者领导进行沟通，精准地向客户或者领导阐述出设计理念，根据客户需求，在双方确认的时间段内进行创意设计稿的提供。
任职要求：
1.市内设计、环艺等相关专业，专科以上学历，有高端（酒店、别墅、会所、样板间等）室内软装设计经验者优先。
2.能独立完成专业的家具及软装陈列设计方案及文本制作，有良好的艺术修养及审美能力。
3.熟练操作autocad\photoshop等设计及办公软件，具有较强的手绘表达能力。
4.有良好的沟通能力，较强的理解和执行能力，有责任心及团队精神。
