Job Purpose:
We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long term success of our customers in the fast growing 3D printing industry.

This newly created role will transform our business to the next level and strengthen our market leader position among other competitors. The primary objective is a genuinely sales – oriented business developer at the medical device market to promote medical customers’ awareness and understanding of 3D printing applications in medical sector. He or she will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, increasing level of customer satisfaction & intimacy.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to potential customers
? Drive medical sales in the region, initially this will encompass direct sales
? Identify key decision maker(s) and influencer(s) within each account
? Increase sales by building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships through regular touch points ( calls or visits) with clients
? Develop a trusted partnership relationship with key customer stakeholders
? Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions/services to customers according to the defined “Customer Management” regional activity plan
? Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
? Feedback to internal cross functional /support team to develop better value proposition product/service to customers
? Act as Market Intelligent for the region; proactively investigate, research and understand the competitive landscape
? Act as the “voice of the customer” to all internal teams

 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
? Degree graduate in medical science or Business Administration discipline
? Good command in English, be able to communicate effectively internally
? At least 5 years sales experience in preferred in selling medical device
? Experience working with large database – analysis and recommendations
? Experience in SalesForce.com is an advantage but not must
? Must have proven experience in developing new enterprise business independently and medical background
? Lower academic qualification with more related working experience will also be considered
 
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
? Results driven and aggressive, experience in delivering sales to target
? Excellent communication skill with understanding of technical terms when communicating with the doctors and researchers from department of orthopedics, cardiology department, medical schools and dental clinics.
? Network with hospital in China is highly preferred
? Building customer relationships from supplier to partnership
? Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
? Must be proactive, solve problems, anticipate needs and have the necessary drive, enthusiasm and sense of urgency to achieve results
? Strong interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills
? Superior interdisciplinary communication and listening skills to interface with internal and external customers
? Ability to focus on customer satisfaction as the end result of decision
? Ability to adapt to a dynamic changing environment and multitask. Able to deliver in stressful situations
