1. Manage business development team & distributors: Build a professional and aggressive business development team; Lead business development team to meet business development target , increase market share and work within business development budget
2. Build good relationship between customers and our company
3. Manage Business development Team & Distributors
4. Lead business development team to achieve business development target within business development budget
5. Formulate and execute business development strategies for assigned classes of trade.
6. Coach & train Business development Representatives.
7. Convert strategic accounts to Guerbet product users.
8. Fully understand marketing program and activities, plan & execute them according to requirements of key opinion leaders.
9. Regular market visits with business development team to key end-users or accounts to promote products
10. Establish and maintain successful relationship with key customers, end users, opinion leaders and professional associations.
11. Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies, and programs to maximize market share
12. Business development Administration
13. Responsible for in-market business development
14. Collate and record business development figures
15. Execute P&R report system on business development team
