职位描述
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要岗位职责
explain the permanent objectives to be achieved by the position
1. Responsible for ensuring 100% quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with documented procedures for all aspects of functional responsibility
2. Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of process effectiveness and efficiency at the site
3. Develop process improvement plans using a variety of quality and continuous process improvement tools, including but not limited to six sigma, lean manufacturing, 5S, SPC, etc.
4. Ensure process compliance through the development of comprehensive procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, worksheets, and other product and process related documentation
5. Proficient in troubleshooting, quality analysis, data analysis, on-site analysis
6. Perform a broad variety of tasks in support of product and process design as assigned by the department manager

PROFILE REQUIREMENT 个人条件要求

1. Bachelor degree and major in mechanical or plastics industry
2. Minimum 5 years related QA experiences
3. Proactive, passion for work, initiative
4. Skilled at inspection measurement
5. Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality / process improvement tolls: FMEA, SPC, 5S etc.
6. Good knowledge at ISO 9001, have internal audit certificate
7. Good computer skill;

Mechanical or relevant plastic field of over 5 years working experience.
