职位描述：

Main Responsibilities :
1、Regarding the actual situation, to make the follow-up plan and make proposals for some potential problems found in Design
2、 Follow the mold making process with DE/QE/SE and take preventive actions if needed for reducing the working pressure after mold trial
3、Make rational proposals for routine management to promote the work efficiency
4、Train assistant engineers continuously
5、Assist Sr. engineer to manage the Projects
1、根据实际情况制定跟模计划，从设计端了解可能出现的问题，并提出意见.
2、和DE、QE、SE一起跟踪模具的进展，对可能出现的问题进行预防，减少试模后的工作量
3、对部门的日常管理提出合理化建议，推动工作的顺利开展。.
4、不断对助理工程师进行培训
5、协助高级工程师进行项目管理
Work Experience：
1、Be familiar with machine operation , process trait and technical flow of mould production
2、Master the management to engineering data and items information
3、good oral and written English skill
1、熟悉机床动作及加工特性,模具生产工艺流程
2、熟悉和掌握公司工程数据资料及项目资料的管理
3、良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。
