Position Description
- Direct support and management of individual technical contributors, specifically analog and mixed-signal design engineers.
Responsibilities include hiring, performance management and team development.
- Work with other managers to set and achieve product development schedules critical to success.
- Define and implement analog and mixed-signal designs to achieve high quality products in first-pass silicon.
- Must be comfortable working with internal and external customers and suppliers.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field), MS required, Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum three years experience managing circuit design teams
- Expertise with design and layout of custom analog and mixed-signal circuits in CMOS and BiCMOS technologies
- Work directly with customers to determine system requirements, write specifications and guide customers in the use of pre-amplifier products
- Experience in IC product development from concept to successful production
- Strong communication skills (must be proficient in both spoken and written English)
- Understanding of silicon process technologies (CMOS and bipolar) and device physics

4. 定义实施高品质模拟混合信号产品设计方案，制定流片策略。
5. 协调内部团队和外部客户，供应商之间的关系，使其工作流畅。

任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上电子和微电子相关专业，博士优先。
2. 至少3年设计团队管理经验。
3. 丰富的客制化模拟混合信号CMOS和BiCMOS电路的设计和布局经验。
4. 能够协助客户制定系统需求，并且为产品上市编写规格书和客户使用指南。
5. 具有从概念到转化成成功产品的芯片开发经验。
6. 具备较强的沟通技巧（必须精通英语口语和写作）。
了解CMOS和bipolar制程技术和元器件的物理特性。
