任职资格：

1. Bachelor degree in electronics or similar major is a must.

2. At least 5 years of production management in a foreign-funded company, with 3 years experience within electronics products manufacturing. Experience with UPS or Inverter is high appreciated.

3. Demonstrated managerial and leadership capabilities, and people management skills, can work under pressure.

4. Knowledge of ISO9000, ISO14001 standard, familiar with electronics module assembly is preferred.

5. Familiar with MRP or ERP system.

6. Good oral & written English and computer skills.

岗位要求：

In charge of all production management of the company, ensure production daily planning and implementation delivery to customers on time (new setup company, start from the beginning).

1. Lead team to achieve production, quality and cost targets, manage cost and lead in driving costs and improving productivity.

2. Ensure effective use of materials, equipment and personnel in producing quality products in a cost efficient way.

3. Provide necessary training for technicians and operators, motivate and appraise subordinates, enforce house keeping.

4. Keep following manufacturing process improvement and 5S in production area.

5. Handling and maintaining needed documentation, for example, production records, working instructions etc.

6. Keep statistics of manufacturing personnel’s performance.
