1. 社交媒体宣传（微信、Facebook、Twitter等）内容编写；
2. 乐于分享社交媒体发布的消息
3. 分析社交媒体发布内容的效果

岗位职责：
- 通过以下渠道撰写、发布和管理社交媒体发布的内容：
o 中文网站-博客和新发布的内容
o 英文网站-博客和新发布的内容
o 微信、微博、新浪、优酷和其他中文社交媒体账户
o Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn和其他英文社交媒体账户。
- 通过使用google分析、微信分析等管理和检测社交媒体发布消息的有效性
- 鼓励家庭和互惠生将项目的经历发布到我们的社交媒体。

岗位要求：
- 社交媒体内容编写经验
- 能用适当的工具分析内容的有效性
- Google分析和类似工具使用的经验
- 良好、有创造性、有吸引力的写作能力
- 良好的英语和汉语语言能力
- 有出国留学经验优先
- 对SEO有一定的了解优先


Who we are – Aupairia， China’s fastest growing au pair agency, we bring English speaking 18-30 year olds from overseas to China to share their culture and language skills with Chinese families.

What we are looking for- Applicants need to have experience in:
1. Content creation
2. Sharing content across social media channels
3. Measuring the results of content marketing

This role will be responsible for:
- Writing and generating suitable content in Chinese and English
- Producing a content schedule
- Managing and generating content across the following channels:
o Our Chinese website – blog and news posts
o Our English website – blog and news posts
o Wechat, Weibo, Sina, Youku and other Chinese language social media accounts
o Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other English language social media accounts
- Measuring the effects of our digital media through using tools such as Google Analytics, Wechat Analytics and others
- Encouraging our au pairs and host families to generate their own social media posts about their experiences in our program

Requirements:
- Experience creating content for the web
- Ability to analyze content responsiveness using appropriate tools
- Experience with Google Analytics and similar tools
- Good creative writing skills – able to write engaging copy
- Good English and Chinese language skills
- Experience in studying abroad is preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO is preferred 举报 分享
