职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.前台接待事务，负责公司员工的后勤保障工作：订水、订票、印制名片、快递邮寄等；
2.监督检查办公室环境卫生；维护办公室安全；
3.时更新和管理员工通讯地址及电话号码等联系信息；
4.负责公司办公用品的采购，保管及分发，公司固定资产的管理，定期盘点及汇报；
5.负责员工每月考勤信息的统计、汇总及分析；
6.协调组织公司每月一次的员工生日会；
7.协助部门经理组织员工活动及其他公司活动；
8.协助部门经理交待的其他相关行政工作。

任职要求：
1.本科学历，行政管理或企业管理类相关专业毕业；
2.应届生或一年以上行政或人事相关工作经验；
3.具有良好的书面、口头表达能力，极强的亲和力与服务意识，较强的沟通、协调能力
4.具有良好的职业道德及职业形象，工作勤奋、踏实稳重、责任心强；
5.有良好的执行力，思维敏捷，处事灵活有条理；
6.熟练操作 office 办公软件；具备基本的网络知识。 举报 分享
