Job Summary

To be responsible to provide service delivery based on Ericsson OBS (Operation Support System and Business Support System) solution and product globally as well as support pre-sales activities, customer solution development and new product/service introduction toward Ericsson global customers.

New focus area are Cloud platform/Big-data, Next Generation Network Management System, Mobile Broadband Charging System, VoLTE and Customer Experience Assurance as well.

 

Responsibilities
?Deploy Ericsson OSS and BSS solution on customer site including on site engineering, software loading, configuration, integration and troubleshooting.
?In charge of maintenance service to customer existing solution or network that include troubleshooting / fault identify / isolate malfunctioning systems / function, or if possible to apply resolving processes.
?Interacting with customer technical staff and operation managers, service engineers and other groups within Service Delivery organization. Providing consultative service toward customer network.
?Support Ericsson account manager and product manager on sales activities and new product introduction to telecommunication operator. Contribute technical knowledge in presales activities.
?Developing and implementing customized solution based on Ericsson solution, including 3rd party products.

 

Qualifications & Requirement

Education:
?Bachelor degree or above of first level University in CS, EE, or a related field.

Competence & Experience:
?Strong knowledge on UNIX (Solaris)/LINUX (Suse,Redhat).
?Java/C++ and shell script programming skill is preferable.
?Good knowledge and experience on Sybase/Oracle database. SQL knowledge.
?Good at IP network and Internet technologies. (TCP/IP, DNS, NTP, HTTP etc.)
?Good at network management and provisioning. (SNMP, XML, Corba, LDAP etc.)
?Good knowledge and experience on Oracle server or HP server is highly valued.
?Good knowledge on wireless network, OSS, NMS solution and technology.
?Good understanding on telecommunication network.
?Security and Authentication knowledge experience also desired.
