职位描述：
Job responsibility:
1.Establish/optimize appropriate quality control methods of the process and products according to product risks and lessons learnt.
2.Lead cross-functional team to solve critical/complicated quality issues which caused production stop due to unclear reason.
Implement actions and monitor effectiveness and sustainability of solutions with defined quality methods, e.g. A3, 8D.
3.Ensure and implement quality related standards, guidelines and programs in an assigned production line.
4.Lead the In-process audit and Product Audit
Regularly review and update the process quality control plan for identified risks.
Facilitate the development of continuous improvement activities that result in the improvement of product quality, process control and/or a reduction in product or process costs.
5."Process Change Management
Work with the engineering/production group to evaluate the process change risks and take verifications tasks.
Follow up and verify the change implementation process."
6.Build up QC inspectors competence through implementing training plan and exam.
7.Perform other duties assigned by management or superior effectively.

job requirements:
1.More than 5 years experience of quality experience in electronicindustry.
2.Experienced in ISO9001 requirements,internal auditor is preferred.
3.Good mathematical and analytical ability. Good understanding quality tools (DOE, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
4.Strong communication and coordination skills
