职位描述：
1.参与制定公司销售战略，负责销售任务分解落地，完成年度、季度、月度销售业绩指标；
2.组建销售团队，全面管理总部销售及异地办事处，完善销售管理制度；负责销售团队的业务培训、有效的激励与评估，打造高素质的业务团队；
3.组织协调内外部关系，协助下属员工完成商务谈判、合同签订、货款回收；
4. 开发新客户，维护老客户，跟踪意向客户，了解需求，引导合作机会，促成销售达成；
5.针对市场情况，积极参与市场推广方案，协调并参与市场推广活动，进行市场资源的有效转化。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历；
2.5年及以上一线销售工作经验，2年以上销售管理经验；
3.具备较强的逻辑分析能力，拥有良好的销售沟通技巧、客户开发维护能力、团队培训激励能力；
