职位描述：
1.建立及维护校区学习档案（包括成绩收集与系统录入）和管理合同，落实学生的课时安排；
2.跟踪记录学生的学习情况，做好电话回访，与学生家长保持良好的互动（学生及家长心理及家庭教育辅导），提高教学满意度，减少投诉和退费；
3.做好学生续费报名及转介绍工作；
4.学生考勤管理，及课时消耗管理。

任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，师范及心理学专业优先；
2.擅于与学生交流互动，具有良好的服务意识；
3.热爱教育行业，工作认真负责，有耐心，具备良好的沟通表达能力；
4.具有一定的抗压能力，有教育类或同岗位经验者优先；
5.英文口语良好，可与外教进行日常沟通，英语六级或专四。 举报 分享
