Principal Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales performance of frontline sales to achieve overall sales targets assigned for insurance products.
2. Identify basic needs of customers and sell insurance products upon referrals from RM/TA or other channels.
3. Participate various branch initiatives, including seminars and campaigns, to maximize insurance coverage and penetration to Bank customer base.
4. Assist branches to resolve insurance related enquiries and complaints.
5. Provide professional support and service to sales staff and customers through joint sales calls.
6. Provide regular and timely feedback to product taskforce team on customer acceptability on insurance products, services and sales issues.
7. To strictly follow Bank policies and procedures and be fully compliant.
8. To follow OM for detailed procedures of the delegated duties assigned above.
Education and Relevant Experience:
1. Bachelor or above.?
2. At least 3 years experience in Insurance industry and with 2 years solid sales experience related to insurance business (for details, please refer to JD).
3. Possess excellent knowledge of insurance product trends and competitive activities and be able to react and identify opportunities in response to the changing landscape.
4. Good communication and problem solving skill.
5. Understand English.
6. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
