职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、专科及以上学历，语音语调准确自然；有中文基础最好；
2、喜欢孩子，热爱教育，有强烈的个人进取心和较好的英语基础，愿意接受并传播新的英语教学方法；
3、有责任心和进取心，善于与家长和学生交流，具有主动服务意识；
4、认同企业定位，培养孩子英语实际运用能力。
1. With an educational background of junior college or above, accurate and natural pronunciation and intonation, and better to have a basic command of Chinese;
2. Love kids, have a passion for teaching, and be willing to accept and disseminate new methods for teaching English, with strong enterprise and relatively high English proficiency;
3. With a strong sense of responsibility and enterprise, be skilled in communicating with parents and students, and take the initiative to provide services;
4. Approve of our business orientation, and train children to be able to use English in practice.
任职要求：
1，最好有TESOL或者TEFL之类的证书
2、维护与家长的关系，定期沟通学员学习情况；
3、对学员的学习结果负责，解决学员在英语学习中的疑难；
4、组织实施与教学相关的各项活动；
5、积极参与公司和部门组织的各种培训、教研、讲座和会议等活动；

2. Maintain relationships with parents, and regularly give and collect feedback on students’ learning situations;
3. Responsible for students’ learning outcomes, and solve the difficulties met by students in learning English;
4. Organize and carry out various activities related to teaching;
