Job Responsibilities:
Seeking out and developing new sales opportunities, initiating action plans to advance and procure new businesses;
开发新的销售机会,并制定行动计划获取新的商机;
Developing and implementing market expansion plans;
制定并执行当区市场拓展计划 ;
Maximizing work relationships with key dealers and retail partners;
维护并扩大与经销商客户和零售客户的关系;
Developing, managing, and nurturing new business partnerships to accomplish volume and profit targets;
发展、管理,并且培育新的商业伙伴,并达成销量和利润的指标;

Strong desire to grow yourself and the business in a start-up environment ;

Experience in communicating, presenting and influencing all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level;
具备与客户企业的管理人员沟通谈判的经验
Excellent in training,negotiation presentation skills;
杰出的培训、谈判和讲演技巧;
Able to work under pressure and close deadline;
可以在高强压力及短暂时间表情况工作;
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
