职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Calculate and analyses production line machine & headcount capacity and requirement
2. Ensure planning data actuality and quality.
3. Responsible for on time delivery of planning related report (eg. Weekly capacity commit & BNF, Mthly forecast, utilization…) with accuracy secured.
4. Quickly response for all the incidents related to the capacity changes, and good coordination and follow up to resolve the impacts.
5. Plan and Execute Capacity Extension or Transfer projects together with other departments (Plan, Drive, Follow up and Report).
6. Closely work with Industrial engineering and operation group, to drive yearly productivity improvement.
7. Annual BII Capacity and HC forecast based on volume forecast and top down requirements.
8. 5 years' strategy plan of Capacity, HC, Investment and layout.
9. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor / Master Degree in any discipline or Equivalent.
2. At least 4-5 years of related working experience.
3. Planning with material planning background preferred.
4. Fluent in both spoken & written English for effective communication, Good command in MS office especially excel.
