职位描述：
Essential Requiriments：
- University degree, 5 years working experience in sourcing and procurement
- Railway / Automotive project sourcing experience is preferred
- Technical knowledge to understand R&D requirements and suppliers proposals (injection molding; Die-casting; Turned parts etc.)
- Structured in order to progress based to clear targets
- Flexible for travelling and working hours if necessary
- Knowledge of IRIS and TS16949 is a must
- Fluent in English (reading/talking/writing)

Main Tasks：
- Lead projects sourcing, responsible for all sourcing-related topics (sample qualification, testing, prices and conditions) until pre-launch.
- Hand-over the responsibility to operational buyers before pre-launch PO’s are placed
- Build up continuous knowledge about alternative manufacturing methods and support R&D activities to find the most cost optimized solutions
- Ensure that supplier capabilities & feedback is taken into consideration for the final definition of requirements
- Coordinate the technical communication between R&D and suppliers
- Coordinate team decision for supplier selection and align with defined category strategies
- Create and issue RFQs to preferred suppliers and provide cost comparison to project team
- Support product transfers and supplier development projects
- Provide monthly reporting to Sourcing Manager
