Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate kick-off meeting with hiring managers and local recruiter to better understand hiring requirements
- Responsible for job positing at all hiring channels to ensure the visibility of openings (51Job, Zhaopin, Liepin, CJOL, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.)
- Conduct direct search via Job Boards & Social Media and try to dig out passive candidates with high quality
- Responsible for phone screen to check candidates' competency, job motivation, then make recommendation to hiring manger and recruiter
- Responsible for recruiting admin for China Recruitment Team, for instance, job interview arrangement, offer extension, pre-employment check and new bird onboard notice
- Build up and maintain talent pool for target positions or critical hire
- Reporting: tracking record, hiring list
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree, major in HRM is a plus
- 3- 4 years related working experience as an in-house junior recruiter in MNCs or researcher in search firm, fresh grads with HR internship experience is also considerable
- Has basic HR knowledge, especially on Talent Acquisition
- Smart, pro-active working attitude, hard-working, open-minded, self-motivated, detail-oriented, good communication skill, willing to work under pressure
- Good English in both oral and written
