Responsibilities:

A. Business main responsibilities
? Gives direction to order entry and supply chain management needed to support projects/ customer requirements.
? Will lead a ‘single point of contact’ for order entry and inquiry within scope (desk, email, phone line….)
? Ensures the local order management team has the direction and resource needed to deliver on their projects.
? Supports value stream view of project execution – and serves as an escalation point when issues arise on given projects
? Can serve as the key customer contact for project execution
? Will forecast, report and manage all project/backlog execution within sales
? Follows up on performance goals and objectives for order management teams. Provides feedback and corrective action to maintain progress toward achievement of goals and objectives.

B. DITL (daily process and metrics):
? Own the trade sale backlog for their scope
? Enhance and expand margin of trade sales
? Daily execution of the backlog (projects and short cycle) – priority #1 is meeting the customer due dates - this also needs to be the factories #1
? Own the project through the lifecycle of a project (involved during the final stages of quote and contract through fulfillment) - change management, warranty, delivery terms, etc.

Requirments:

? BS or BA and 5 years of experience in project management or order management, with commercial knowledge preferred.
? Previous experience in areas such as supply chain, manufacturing and logistics.
? Demonstrated experience working effectively across a site to develop and strengthen key business relationships.
? Analytical and communication skills. Experience with change management and driving continuous improvement activities.
? Demonstrates clear understanding of all tasks and processes within manufacturing.
? Detailed understanding of Order to Invoice process.
? Knowledge and use of SAP order, shipment, and billing applications is a plus.
? Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
? Excellent organization skills, focused on attention to details.
