职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the introduction and implement of group credit management policies and procedures. By monitoring any deviations from Group and Regional procedures and policies, take necessary corrective actions.
2. Ensure effective and efficient credit management reporting and daily credit management in China:
- Implement and maintain the effective use of credit evaluation model, Sales Force and D&B credit management projects/tools to control and monitor the credit management process in line with Group standards;
- Ensure, by providing guidelines to local accounting teams, proper recording of customer payments and solves related problems by coordinating between internal services (sales, sales support and accounting) and external contacts (insurance, customers);
- Ensure adequate reporting (including aging reports, PO/Contract credit limit assessment, delivery order and exception limit application to exceeded limits, credit insurance, etc.);
- Review the collection and credit management process performance and make recommendations for improvement;
- Finalize credit files, ensures updating, processes credit limits administratively.
3. Ensure company receivables are managed effectively balancing business growth/support and company interest.
- Develop yearly targets for DSO and overdue in cooperation with the respective sales organizations.
4. Ensure a good (operational) relationship with the finance, reporting & credit insurance teams:
- Provide timely and accurate consultation on credit limit to overseas and China sales teams;
- Determine and discuss pro-actively any violations or potential coverage issues;
- Set up credit limits and follow up A/R overdues with regular reports, meeting with sales, and take necessary actions;
- Build up good relations with major customers and visit overdue customers to improve collections;
- Explore together with overseas finance team, treasury, sales and customers on innovative ways of more cost effective and efficient way of collections.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in accounting, Economics, finance, or relate filed
2. At least 8 years of experience as corporate credit manager or/and credit risk hedging institutions i.e. banking trade team, credit insurance, finance AR team, with proven experience in credit risk control and advisory
3. Be proficient in MS Office and ERP system
4. Ability to work comfortably in a cross functional/cultural teams, with excellent interpersonal skills, Strong communication skill in both speaking & written of Mandarin & English, Good business sense and problem-solving capability.
