SAP HCM Consultant

The SAP HCM consultant is responsible for technical solution specifications, SAP HCM configuration and implementation. Reporting to a projects’ SAP HCM solution manager, the consultant will be responsible for implementation of SAP HCM projects and solutions.

 Tasks
● SAP HR project implementation, system configuration and testing, data migration
● Preparation of project documentation.
● Support design and implementing of project plan
● Carry out assigned project tasks
● End user training preparation and support.
● Support the establishment and improvement of processes and tools at the customer.
● Create a good work relation with the customer's IT and HR department and understand the needs necessary to carry out a successful SAP HR implementation project.
● Maintain and expand your skills within SAP HCM knowledge and consulting.

The ideal candidate:

Experience/Competences
● At least 5 years of practical experience in configuring and implementing SAP HCM projects
● Project or support experience with SAP HCM, including knowledge of ASAP methodology
● Experience with working in a consultancy is valuable
● Experience with one or more of the following modules:
     ● PA/OM
     ● Payroll (PY)
     ● Time (TM)
     ● Personal Development (PD)
     ● Learning (LSO)
     ● eRecruitement
     ● Authorization
     ● SAP Portal (ESS/MSS)
     ● ABAP programming
     ● Experience with SAP HCM solution design and technical implementation

Language requirements
● Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and in writing.
● In particular, strong English skills in relation to technical specifications and project documentation (including Business Blue Print, configuration report and training materials).
