？ Responsibilities / 工作职责:
○ Install, repair and maintain all tooling, equipments and facilities
○ 安装、维修和维护所有工装、设备和设施
○ Analyze Electrical and operational problems on assigned equipment and make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality ；
○ 分析所负责的设备电气和运行故障并做必要的矫正和运行调整来维护最大的生产力和最好的产品质量
○ Try out equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime
○ 对维修、更改或超长停机后的设备进行调试
○ Record operational data, such as pressure readings, length of stroke, feeds and speeds for use in set-up and preventive maintenance records
○ 记录像压力、行程、进给量、速度这样的运行参数，用于设定和预防性维护记录
○ Review production schedule and, when equipment is not scheduled for production, perform scheduled maintenance
○ 评审生产计划，当设备没有计划生产时进行计划性维护
○ Participate in Production System Efficiency and Quality System Efficiency workshops to support continuous improvement: propose and implement continuous productivity, process and quality improvement actions for all facilities
○ 参与生产系统有效性、质量系统有效性实践讨论来支持持续改进：提议并完成对所有设备的有关生产、工艺、质量的持续改进活动
○ Facilitate equipment moves on the shop floor
○ 负责设备的转移
○ Give advice on technical specifications of new equipment and alterations on existing equipment and facilities, making sure manufacturing, maintainability and Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are met
○ 参与老设备改造、新设备的技术协议的制定，确保其满足制造、可维护、健康安全环境等方面的要求
○ Set up requisitions for supplies, equipment and facilities
○ 提交供给、设备、设施申请
○ Participate in the management of the inventory of spare parts and consumables to eliminate downtime
○ 参与备件、消耗品的库存管理来降低停机时间
○ Keep up to date documentation related to maintenance
○ 更新与维护相关的文件
○ Train operators on the safe operation of production equipment
○ 对操作者进行设备安全操作培训
○ Perform a start of shift safety sign-off to ensure that all safety features on assigned equipment are operational
○ 执行班前安全签名，确保所负责设备安全运行
○ Other temporary task arranged by line manager
○ 直属经理交给的其他临时任务
○ Report for important broken problem, edit shift record and 5S
○ 及时汇报重大故障，交接班记录，5S

Job Specification / required skills:
？ 技校或同等学历以上；
？ Technical School or above;
？ 至少在快速发展的制造企业3年维修工作经验，有注塑机相关经验优先；
？ At least 3 year maintenance experience in Manufacture industries, prefer have experience in Injection
？ 有电工证；
？ Electricity Technician Certificate;
？ 良好的技术问题解决能力；
？ Technical problem solver;
？ 良好的团队及沟通能力；
？ Team player and good communication ability;
？ 熟悉健康、安全和环境知识；
