- Provide professional support to the management, project team and entire organization to cope with business needs and business changes with regards to HR related topics
- Manage the overall recruitment process including onboarding of new employee
- Handle the cooperation with external service providers for international assignees such as medial service and tax advisory services providers, monitor and ensure contractual set-up and contractual conditions for foreign assignments
- Drive and support HR processes such as compensation and benefits, performance based bonus system, etc.
- Facilitate and provide training to our workforce. Identify training needs and make recommendations to the management
- Responsible for the overall administration including travel organization, hotel reservations, etc.
- Communicate and assist the government, labor relation authorities and other relevant agencies so that the organization’s interests are protected

- University Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related field of studies
- At least 5 years relevant work experience in HR roles
- Experience with Start-up companies is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of Chinese labor law and appropriate local legislation is a must
- Willingness to travel within China on a regular basis
- Profound written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English language
- Customer oriented personality, used to dealing with multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, proven capability to work in a very international environment, independent working style 举报 分享
