Hertz is currently recruiting for multiple Reservations Agents to join the Customer Care Centre in Shanghai City. The purpose of the Reservations Agents is to provide world class service to Hertz customers who are interested in obtaining information and making vehicle reservations. This includes creating a pleasant customer experience by greeting and engaging customers, completing the reservation process, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring a positive experience by efficiently handling the phone calls from Hertz customers according to Call Performance Guidelines, answering the customer’s questions accurately regarding Hertz rates and services and booking the reservations correctly.
2. Contribute to departmental and center effectiveness and productivity by maintaining acceptable attendance, remaining signed in, and being available to take calls when scheduled.
3. Providing excellent customer service to Hertz loyalty program members by updating customer profile information as requested.
4. Recognise the opportunities to increase business and revenue through sales leads.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum college degree
- Previous experience in sales, customer service environment or call centre is desirable
- Flexibility and ability to work on a rotating roster (this includes weekends and public holidays)
- Fluent Mandarin
- Reading and writing skills in English is essential
- English speaking is advantageous (if not, we will teach you!)
- Excellent phone manner and tone
- The ability to work in a team
- A can do, positive attitude!
