职位描述

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

·PSD is a global organisation focused on the proactive and reactive enablement of a wide range of SAP partners (Channel, Service, Software etc). The team is comprised of two functions:

1. Partner Services Advisor: Each PSA is assigned a number of partners with whom to build a dedicated remote relationship. They work closely with other SAP resources to optimise the capabilities of the partners – the role is predominantly proactive to partners.

2. Partner Support Centre: A centralised team providing operational and program support to partners and other partner-facing teams within SAP – the role is predominantly reactive to partners.

·PSD works closely with the Asia-Pacific-Japan sales organisations to provide a range of enablement services to improve the performance of the partner in all operational areas,including marketing, sales support, implementation, customer support etc.

·For our “Partner Support Center” we are looking for a technical skilled individual that understands business environments and is motivated by providing services & support to a large volume of partner organizations.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

· Act as the key point of contact and subject matter expert for SAP Partners and internal stakeholders to provide partner program and application system support to ensure efficient and smooth business operations

· Support the “Partner Services Advisor’s” (PSA) in their daily work and act as “Center of Expertise” for extended operational support

· Support SAP’s Partner Managers in the field with critical operational tasks such as business planning system support, ordering tools, opportunity management or performance evaluation reports. .

· Support various processes within SAP’s “Partner Relationship Management – PRM”application.

· Support the on-boarding of new partners by enabling them with “must-how” operational knowledge


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

· Academic background ideally with Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration

· Strong technical/systems and analytical skills

· Strong customer focus and service-oriented attitude

· Strong team skills and excellent communications/explanation skills

· Experienced IT user – Outlook / Excel / PowerPoint and Database

· Strong time management capabilities

· Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

· Highly self-motivated and performance orientated.
