Job Description:

1. Keeping all office and lab computer running smoothly as well as ensuring that devices users are able to interact with this equipment successfully

2. To aid in end user teaching tasks, to create a user manual or demonstration for new software and hardware.

3. Working with finance and administration department to manage IT asset, including recording, repairing, transferring and disposal

4. Assisting system administrator to maintain network and server system

5. Assist administration team and engineer team to maintain testing equipment in lab room

Key Competency Requirements:

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English and mandarin

Advanced knowledge with IT infrastructure services

Familiar with IT desktop maintain tools, standards and operations

Knowledge of the network protocol and network switching theory

Knowledge of windows Active Directory infrastructure and domain services

Education & Experience Required:

Diploma holder or above in IT or other related disciplines.

IT infrastructure technical support and helpdesk experience in IT infrastructure field 2 years

Preferred Experience Required:

Microsoft, Cisco or RedHat certification is preferred.
