PAPP'S TEA is a young business based in Beijing. Committed to serving the finest loose leaf teas in the world, we are creating a new tea culture in China, revitalizing a wonderful industry for the younger generations. We also aim to educate the world about tea in an exciting and engaging way, through an eclectic range of mediums. We are currently looking for a Tea Retail Manager to support the growth of our company and help strengthen the existing foundations. We need a powerfully motivated individual who believes they have what it takes to keep the whole organization from staff management to sales to service at an elite level.

Duties and responsibilities义务与责任
1. Develop future leaders of PAPP’S TEA
培养PAPP’S TEA的未来领导
2. Work directly with the CXO on training, people management, and hiring
跟CXO在培训、人员管理和招聘上直接工作
3. Retail store management
零售店管理
4. SupportPR and event management
公关和活动管理与支持
5. Business development and marketing
市场拓展
6. To plan, support and coordinate company operations
计划、支持和协调公司运营
7. Formulate policies and procedures to ensure effective company growth
制定政策和流程，以确保公司的有效成长
8. Manage daily operations of all company departments including but not limited to; personnel, admin, purchasing and sales
管理零售店的日常运营（包括但不限于人事部门、行政、采购和销售）
9. Initiate policies to promote staff productivity
及时提供有效方案并带动员工达成
10. Maximize new client engagement
最大限度实现销售目标
11. Work directly with leadership to implement and create new plan to take the company forward
辅助领导落实工作并制定新计划，推动业务发展
12. Develop or maintain internal control systems to manage accountability
制定及维护内部系统，确保数据精准有效
13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including vendors and advisors
与外部合作伙伴（包括供应商和顾问）建立及保持良好关系

Qualifications职位要求

1. Bilingual, Chinese Mandarin and English (Required)
双语，普通话和英语（要求）

Working conditions工作环境

1. Primarily office based in Sanlitun TOPWIN CENTER, with extensive city-wide travel. As company expands travel radius will increase.
主要的办公室位于三里屯通盈中心，涉及部分城市出差。随着公司扩大，出差范围将会增加。
